The real NASCAR season ends as our slot racing season begins, and our first race will be appropriately NASCAR. We're allowing the LifeLike, but I don't think anyone will be running any for the kick-off race. There are still a few LifeLike lovers that wanted to keep them included so...

* The IROC race will be using P2E's rebuilt with Tyco and other components. They will all be built of the same components, and it will be a drivers race. 4 races in the series, with #4 being the championship final race.  We're still undecided on bodies.

* The Endurance Race will be 4 hours of racing.
-Each lane will run 1 hour segments, with drivers rotating after each.
-There will be a 10 minute reccess between heats.
-**NO PITTING ALLOWED BETWEEN HEATS.**
-Each driver must pit once during the race.
-The last half hour of the final heat will be run in the dark.
-Bulbs for lighted cars will be installed before the last heat.
-The last half hour will be run with track and car lights only.

We have plenty of open track time and practice time every other Friday night, so if any of you guys in the suburban Chicago area want to join us you'll be welcomed by a great bunch of guys. (and girls sometimes. 8^)
