SVSi was the first manufacturer to offer the ultimate in high performance headers. Tested by Team Viper, these headers have the highest horsepower rating available on the market today. Constructed of rugged 304x .065 designated stainless steel tubing, each port is hand finished and matched. Sets are purge welded with the Burns 5 into 1 collector and available in three different styles depending on application.

Stainless Steel High Performance Exhaust:

stainless steel performance exhaust is custom fitted and precision engineered to fit with either your stock exhaust manifold or SVSi performance headers. Exhaust is available for rear exit or

Engine Accessories Cool Air Package:
The cool air package available from SVSi
comes with everything you need to significantly improve the volume metric efficiency of your Viper engine. Adds approximately 30 horsepower to your current
set-up. Included are, precision CNC machined throttle bodies from the SVSi products line and a 3-inch high-flow induction box. Package also comes with a K&N air filter and all the necessary tubes,
hoses and hardware. Throttle bodies come in the following sizes: 65mm, 68mm, and 70mm. Pieces are also sold individually. Cool air package:
Supercool Racing Power Steering Upgrade:
It's important to upgrade your power steering system for higher performance applications. Many times, the stock power steering pump is unable to handle
the harshness of a racing environment or even the demands of an aggressive street driver. The SVSi designed power steering package comes complete with a race proven power steering pump; separate reservoir with cooler
mounted in front fascia, and all lines with fittings. A must have for the serious driver. Power Steering Upgrade:
High Performance Aluminum Radiator:
(Aerodynamic Upgrade) Part of the SVSi

Stock Radiator Replacement
Replace your stock radiator with this all-aluminum radiator. For improved cooling, this radiator bolts on in the same stock location and reduces weight. Stock Radiator Replacement:
Cylinder Head Modification:
Experience the highest flowing cylinder heads available on the market. RT-10 or GTS cylinder heads
are custom ported to accommodate the potential of the oversized intake and exhaust valves. Depending on the application, port work for anything from mild street to full race can be performed.
High performance valve-train components are used and the finished heads are flowbench tested to insure the highest flow numbers. Cylinder head modifications vary for specific applications and require consultation from an
SVSi representative to determine the best possible compatibility with your current engine plans. Race Cylinder Heads:
Carbon Fiber Intake Manifold:
Besides the high tech look of carbon fiber under the hood, this intake manifold decreases weight and has a superior design for optimum intake flow. Accommodating ten individual throttle bodies, this intake is the perfect compliment to SVSi custom cylinder heads.

Accusump System
This three-quart capacity accusump increases the life of internal engine components by pre-oiling the system to prevent cold start scuffing. Also, should the oil pressure drop below a safe operating
standard, the accusump automatically adds three quarts to protect internal components until the engine is shut down. All mounting hardware and accessories are included. Accusump System:
Fuel Management System:
The completely re-designed fuel system from SVSi increases fuel delivery for high performance
applications. A higher volume pump, steel braided fuel lines, and an upgraded regulator provide the stability necessary for high-horsepower engines. This package also includes intake modifications for
proper fuel distribution and modified tank pickups. Fuel Management System:

Designed by ATL to meet the highest safety criteria and standards, these fuel cells are available in either a 22-gallon or a 26-gallon competition style. ATL is the fuel cell used by professional race teams in all areas of motorsports for safe racing.

Motec Computer Engine Management System:
The absolute highest technology available to monitor, control, and record the performance of various racing engine systems. An important item in the area of data acquisition, troubleshooting can be
done at trackside in a matter of seconds via laptop computer and tuning adjustments can be made with the click of a button. Performance over various events can be mapped out and compared for
